What is RSS?
RSS – or, to spell it out, Really Simple Syndication – is an easy way to get news and information from websites delivered to you directly, without clogging up your email inbox.
Such content is known as a ‘feed’.
You need an RSS reader, a small piece of software, to collect and show RSS feeds.
The latest versions of certain web browsers, such as Firefox and Safari, have built-in RSS readers.
If your current browser doesn’t have an RSS reader built in, you can search the web and find many free or paid-for readers available to download.
Your RSS reader will tell you how to subscribe to our feed, though it is usually as simple as clicking on the RSS symbol.
